Brescia, which lies 100 kilometers from Milan is home to a huge Pakistani community. The event in this city attracted individuals of all ages and from all walks of life. The diversity at the dinner was a representation of the diversity at Namal College where students come from 56 districts of Pakistan. Even children stepped up with donations for the cause. We take pride in the fact that no distinction was made between members of different political parties and this event, like all others, remained entirely apolitical.
